Thank you for shopping with MUDN. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund/Return Policy.
1. Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Orders are generally processed within [2–5] business days after the order is successfully placed and payment has been authorized.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders placed after 5pm on business days, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of increased demand, product launches, sales, promotions, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, processing times may be longer than usual.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.
2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available.
Estimated transit times are provided by the applicable shipping carrier and are estimates only. Transit times are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly purchased and is available from the carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Transportation disruptions
Carrier delays
Holidays
High shipping volumes
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customs processing
Government restrictions
Labor disruptions
Other events beyond our reasonable control
We are not responsible for carrier delays that occur after an order has been properly shipped.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating delayed or missing packages and communicating with the applicable carrier.
3. Estimated Delivery Dates
Any shipping or delivery dates displayed on our website, at checkout, in advertisements, or in communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
MUDN does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless the applicable shipping service specifically provides a guaranteed delivery date and the guarantee is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Customers should not place orders based on an estimated delivery date when the merchandise is required for a specific event, holiday, trip, birthday, or other time-sensitive occasion unless sufficient additional time is allowed.
MUDN is not responsible for losses, expenses, inconvenience, or damages resulting from reliance on an estimated delivery date.
4. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully verify:
Full name
Street address
Apartment, unit, or suite number
City
State
ZIP code
Country, when applicable
MUDN is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned packages, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you discover that you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, the customer may be responsible for any carrier fees, intercept fees, reshipping costs, or other charges associated with correcting or rerouting the package.
5. Products Fulfilled by MUDN
Certain MUDN products may be manufactured, prepared, packaged, and shipped directly by MUDN from our own fulfillment location.
These products are subject to the processing and shipping timelines displayed on the applicable product page or at checkout.
6. Print-on-Demand and Third-Party Fulfillment
Some MUDN products may be produced and shipped by an independent third-party print-on-demand or fulfillment provider.
For these products:
The product may be manufactured after the order is placed.
The product may ship directly from the fulfillment provider.
The shipping origin may differ from MUDN's primary business location.
The package may arrive separately from other products in the same order.
Processing and delivery times may vary by product and fulfillment location.
Multiple items in one order may be shipped in separate packages.
Tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.
By purchasing a product fulfilled by a third-party provider, you acknowledge that the product may be subject to that provider's manufacturing and fulfillment timeline.
MUDN remains responsible for communicating with customers regarding their MUDN orders and will make reasonable efforts to assist with fulfillment-related issues.
7. Multiple Shipments
If an order contains products that are fulfilled from different locations, your order may be divided into multiple shipments.
You may receive:
Multiple tracking numbers
Multiple shipping confirmation emails
Packages arriving on different dates
Separate shipping charges where applicable and disclosed at checkout
The arrival of one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the applicable shipping method, destination, order contents, package dimensions, weight, and other factors.
MUDN reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time before an order is placed.
The shipping charge displayed and accepted by the customer at checkout will apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or other government-imposed charges will be handled as described in the applicable section of this policy.
9. Free Shipping
When MUDN offers free shipping promotions, the specific terms and conditions of the promotion will apply.
Free shipping promotions may be subject to:
Minimum purchase requirements
Eligible products
Geographic restrictions
Specific shipping methods
Promotional expiration dates
Other stated conditions
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping applies only to qualifying orders and does not necessarily include expedited or premium shipping services.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order is shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for transporting and delivering the package.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Check around your delivery location.
Check with household members or neighbors.
Check with your apartment office or mailroom, if applicable.
Contact the shipping carrier.
Contact MUDN if you need assistance.
MUDN will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations when appropriate.
However, MUDN is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
If a package is confirmed as delivered but is subsequently reported missing, MUDN may request that the customer cooperate with the carrier's investigation or provide information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
Any replacement or refund for a package reported as delivered but not received will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
11. Damaged Packages or Products
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, you must contact MUDN within 24 hours of delivery at:

Your order number
Your name
A description of the damage
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Clear photographs of the packaging
Photographs of the shipping label, if applicable
Customers should retain the original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required 24-hour period may affect our ability to investigate the claim or pursue reimbursement from the carrier or fulfillment provider.
MUDN will review each reported damage claim and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
12. Incorrect, Missing, or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an item that is missing, incorrect, or materially different from the item you ordered, contact MUDN as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Order number
Customer name
Description of the issue
Photographs of the item received
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when applicable
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, work to provide a correction, replacement, or other remedy consistent with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
13. Incorrect Size, Color, or Style
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout and selecting the correct:

Quantity
Shipping address
Mistakes made by the customer, including accidentally selecting the wrong size, color, style, or quantity, are generally not considered shipping errors.
MUDN does not guarantee refunds, exchanges, or replacements for customer ordering errors.

Nothing in this section limits rights that may be provided to consumers under applicable law.
14. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to MUDN because of:
An incorrect address
An incomplete address
Failure to retrieve the package
Refusal of delivery
Failure to pay applicable delivery charges
Other circumstances caused by the customer
the customer may be responsible for any applicable return shipping charges and the cost of reshipping the package.
If a package is returned to MUDN, we may contact the customer to determine whether the customer wants the order reshipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
If the customer does not respond within [7–14] days after being contacted, MUDN may treat the order as abandoned, subject to applicable law and our Refund and Return Policy.
15. International Shipping
At this time, MUDN DOES NOT offer international shipping.
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable customs, import, and delivery requirements for their destination.
International customers may be responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT
Brokerage fees
Customs clearance charges
Other government-imposed fees
These charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
MUDN does not control customs processing times or fees.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing the importation of products into their country.
16. Customs Delays and Refused International Shipments
MUDN is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
If an international package is refused or returned because the customer fails to pay applicable customs charges, taxes, duties, or fees, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any other applicable charges.
Any refund, if available, will be handled in accordance with MUDN's Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
17. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, contact MUDN immediately at:

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before fulfillment or shipment.
However, an order may not be cancellable once it has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.
For print-on-demand products, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Nothing in this section overrides any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
18. Shipping Delays
MUDN makes reasonable efforts to ship orders within the processing time stated on the website or at checkout.
If MUDN determines that an order cannot be shipped within the time promised to the customer, or within the legally applicable timeframe when no shipping time was provided, MUDN will take the actions required by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
Notifying the customer of the delay
Providing a revised estimated shipment date
Offering the customer the opportunity to cancel the order
Providing a prompt refund when required
MUDN will not intentionally make shipping promises that it does not have a reasonable basis to fulfill.
Federal law generally requires internet sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment times and imposes requirements when sellers cannot meet those commitments. �

19. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
MUDN will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
Severe weather
Hurricanes
Flooding
Tornadoes
Natural disasters
Fires
Acts of God
War
Terrorism
Civil unrest
Government actions
Transportation interruptions
Carrier disruptions
Labor disputes
Power outages
Internet or technology failures
Supply chain disruptions
Manufacturing delays
Public health emergencies
Other unforeseen events
If such an event affects your order, MUDN will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and provide updated information when available.
This provision does not eliminate any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
20. No Waiver of Legal Rights
This Shipping Policy is intended to explain MUDN's normal shipping procedures.
Nothing in this policy is intended to:
Waive a consumer right that cannot legally be waived
Exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded
Override applicable federal or state law
Limit any legally required warranty or remedy
Prevent a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law
If any provision of this Shipping Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
21. Changes to This Shipping Policy
MUDN reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
The version of the policy in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
